I started my career working across different areas of the tourism industry, from hotel hospitality to tour operating, taking care of planning, organisation and customer support over the years. Different experiences that let me see tourism from every angle and, above all, understand how much people, listening and attention to detail really matter.

In 1999 came the big leap: the decision to turn that experience and passion into a project of my own. That is how Baywatch Travel was born, back then a small business with a tiny office and plenty of drive.

From that moment a journey of growth began, built step by step through daily work, the trust of our clients and the many partnerships that have allowed us to grow together over the years. That small agency became an established company, deeply rooted on the island of Ischia.

Today Baywatch Travel has more than 20 people on the team and is a point of reference in the island’s tourism scene. It is a result we are proud of, but above all we see it as a responsibility: to keep offering professionalism, reliability and care every day.

In an industry that is always changing, we like to hold on to the values that have been with us from the start: knowledge, reliability, availability and care for the client.

Because behind every trip there is not simply a booking, but a person who entrusts us with their time, their expectations and the wish to have a good experience.

And that is exactly what we have been committed to for more than twenty-five years: knowing this land, understanding its value and turning our experience into trips organised with passion and professionalism.
